Very close to airport hotel. Good value and staff were very friendly. Room had AC already on and cooling the room before we arrived. They acknowledged our request for breakfast and had it promptly at our requested time.

The aircon can be on HEAT or COOL, so as i find December cold in Hanoi, the aircon that can be tuned to HEAT was so good and comfortable for me. The Hotel’s hired car ftom Hotel to Noi Bai Intl Airport at T2 was only VN$7Oooo. We encountered a few unpleasant Taxi cum Grab driver with horrid attitude, i really appreciate this Hotel’s tip top cheap and very good Transport service.

I appreciate the quickness of the staff here. In a moment of carelessness, I forgot my things in the taxi from the airport to the hotel. Surprisingly, when I told the hotel staff about this problem, they did not hesitate to return to the airport with us and asked for assistance with the airport security camera. Luckily, I got my things back thanks to the license plate number and the company. Thank you for your dedicated support.

This was a comfortable place to stay, close to Hanoi airport, but it was a bit noisy with traffic because it is beside a busy road. I thought I could walk from the airport but that was difficult and the taxi got lost getting there. However, the staff were really nice and helpful. There are eating places nearby and it is a good place to stay if you need to be near the airport. I hope some other travellers can work out how to walk there and back, because I got confused.

I stayed here the night before traveling to Phu Quoc Island. It took a while to get through immigration, so we left the terminal about 90 minutes after landing, but the hotel staff were waiting for us. We arrived in under 5 minutes by car. There were two convenience stores next to the hotel, so we were able to get everything we needed, and I thought it was very convenient. As for the room, we were able to stay there for two people without any inconvenience. It was a convenient hotel for our transit in Ha Noi.

A good experience for the money we payed. The bed was a bit too soft, but other than that nothing to complain about. The hotel is at the a big road, which makes it easy to findout in the map. The location is good if you like to see the local Vietnamese life in Ha Noi. Close to the hotel is alot of options for local food, laundry and massage. We liked it and would recommend it, if you are looking for a simple hotel with nice staff.

Its near the airport like 5 minutes by car. Upon arrival you will get complimentary water. Friendly staff. Free airport service if you request in advance. Really great! Thank you to the Husband and wife and all the staffs there! They also booked grab for me and my kids.

The staff at the check-in was very friendly and they upgraded my room for free. Very convenient distance from the airport. The room and bathroom were clean. Only con is the bed very hard but that also depends on people's preference. Overall good place to stay if you need an hotel near the airport

The hotel is near to the international airport but you need to take grab to go there as walking is like not safe on the busy street. Spacious room for 4pax a room. We arrived at 11pm but the staff still can give the best service like help us brought our luggage to the room. We only stay a night but definitely recommended.
